Peoria Heights, Donovan Park, Peoria, Illinois | All the Seasons in One Engagement Session

Illinois Engagement Session. Alex + Leigh met on Hinge (the dating app) and she realized that he actually works with her cousin (so she knew she could trust him) 😉

Seven months later, he popped the question. Because what they say is SO true: when you know, you know.

I absolutely loved Alex + Leigh’s engagement session for so many reasons, but one reason being that it seemed as though we got to experience all of the seasons in their session.

It had just snowed that morning, but it was a morning in early November in Peoria, Illinois. We had snow for our session at Donovan Park, then far off in the distance there was a beautiful Autumn tree screaming our names.

We hiked through the snowy grounds and found the beautiful tree that bloomed in orange + red vibrancy.

We finished their session in Peoria Heights, Illinois on the streets of the city, and ended with drinks at a local favorite, W. E. Sullivan’s.

These two brought so much joy in their session. We experienced alll the laughter + shared so much love through each season 🙂
