My VERY first day of college photography class, I met Kelly.
She welcomed me in with open arms to the Photo department, and I remember I instantly clicked with her.
Kelly helped me out countless times in the darkroom, she was there late nights with me working on our projects, and was the leader of our Photo Club!
She would always tell me about her boyfriend Marty, and he sounded AMAZING. When I met him for the first time, I knew they would absolutely hands down be married one day (just as she had always told me 😉 )
Kelly would always tell our friend group what the timeline was looking like of when she thought Marty would propose to her. And after years of anxiously waiting, they’re engaged and planning their dream day.
You could only imagine how HONORED I was the day Kelly asked me to be the photographer for her and Marty’s wedding. LITERAL TEARS, YOU GUYS!
You also know when another photographer asks you to photograph their wedding, you just KNOW it’s the real deal.
I had the best evening with these two capturing their perfect, celebratory love!
We took their photos in downtown Libertyville, IL, and every instant of it was perfect from start to finish.
